  The President should not get involved in the Montie3 case. However, as a lawmaker, should Amoah not be concerned by the authoritarian conduct of the Supreme Court in dragging citizens before its court to be charged and tried? Further, Should Amoah not be questioning what authority the Court relied on in bringing charges against the Montie3? When Amoah makes nose about democracy, where is the right of citizens to express their opinions when the Supreme Court can summarily charge them and try them for expressing those opinions? Is it a crime by merely stating that one will not accept the Court's order regarding the EC's case?
  
  The Supreme Court tis the highest court in the land. When that court abuses its authority, the legislature has a duty to remind the court of its limitations by referring it to laws on hand since the citizens have nowhere else to turn to aside fron a presidential pardon, and that's not easy route to take.
  
  Before admonishing the President to read the ruling of the Court, Amoah needs to state on the record what laws the Montie3 broke by their pronouncements.

  I am very delighted in your your take on this issue. You have well advised the president. During the election petition, have some members of your NPP members i.e Sir John who happened to be a lawyer and should know better and Sammy Awuku who also scandalised the Suppreme Court.
  These miscreants were pardoned by the judges because some lawyers from the NPP fraternity jumped up to beg for them. At that time no one came out to condemn the act, it's all because they are members of the NPP . In Ghana we have one law for some people who feel they are more Ghanaians than the rest of the citizens and another law for the rest of the people.
  All this nonsense would not have come up if the NPP have not started the stupid change the voters register foolishness.
