Even President Mills set up a committee to investigate him for inflating the prices of five planes he purchased on behalf of Ghana.

He is presiding over a government with not less than hundred corruption accusations. He has been caught accepting a used Ford expedition in exchange for contracts.

He gave a $2 million bus branding contract to a girlfriend that shouldn't have cost more than $100,000.

The word corruption is John Ford Expedition Mahama's middle name.

An ad in the Ghana Daily Graphic (newsprint, lowest-grade paper) is about $2,000 compared to $10,000 for a yearly diary. If the criticism was about the generous terms or possible sole-sourcing it might be much more credible. Unless you want them to wait until after the elections to award the contract...
