  Many irresponsible guys are now given birth they don't even know their duty as parents .. That is why is common to see most of this children on street in the night. If the child mum is not there the man will look for her to come and he have sex but never remember to ask if the children are inside or outside.

  Keeping them home after 10:00pm won't solve the problem. There should be some after school programs to help kids who need help with their homework like reading clubs and homework volunteers.
