This Lawyer, hmmmmmm. I know him very well in Kumasi . He doesn't deserve to be a member of the noble profession. A crook and a thief like President Mahama. Am surprised about the turn of events.

To 'Reinstate' is not the same as 'stay' a decision. Reinstate means the case has been decided and the alleged culprit has been placed in his original position and exonerated. 'Stay' means put on hold until a final decision i ...

To 'Reinstate' is not the same as 'stay' a decision. Reinstate means the case has been decided and the alleged culprit has been placed in his original position and exonerated. 'Stay' means put on hold until a final decision is taken. Meanwhile the court says during the stay period he is at liberty to practice as a lawyer. The matter is therefore not ended yet for re-instatement to take place.
