  When something happens, an idiotic illiterate like you Sylvester will not sit down and listen to how educated and intelligent people handle the problem but you will open that snout of a mouth and vomit shit. You will rot in Ghana in stack illiteracy and backwardness. If you were someone who has ever travelled outside Ghana to even near countries like Togo and La Cote d'Ivoire, I would have advised you. Your thick skull will,however, not allow you to understand what I have to say. This notwithstanding, I think I should say it for the benefit of the educated and intelligent readers. What a bush boy like you should be told is that, in the USA where you can say their economy is far, far better than that of Ghana, go and see. Children of even lower ages than this 16 year old boy do worst things. They rob, engage in hard drugs, kill with guns etc. What of that one too? Is Mahama the president of the USA too? I know you will not understand this, because apart from the thickness and impenetrability of your skull, the mass in it is clay, not brains but perhaps someone will read, understand and educate you even if it takes the rest of your worthless life to understand.

  The problem with Ghana is the centralized governance. Every policy and program has to come from Accra why? Give each Region some powers to come out with their programs to keep kids out of streets as an early intervention.
