  about 70% of teachers in the shs are not professional teachers but people who passed courses in the university. They don't know the pedagogies and the methodologies of teaching but are teaching because they have acquired degrees.....more so some haven't been trained as professional teachers.....not all teachers in the shs are professional teachers. teacher priority must set the standard.
