It started in 1932 when Akyem Abuakwa petitioned the Gold Coast govt to allow their chiefs to deal with foreigners with traditional laws instead of common laws.
Busia also blamed foreigners for all the problems in Ghana and declared Aliens Compliance Order on the 18th Nov.1969 to deport all foreigners without residence permit.
Right now as we speak,Bawumia is on record of saying foreigners from our sisters countries do come to vote in Ghana.Do you know what that means?When did you hear any of our sister countries accusing Ghanaians from infringing on their electoral laws?This is a serious diplomatic blunder if Karbo doesn't know.
It will be easy for anybody to tag NPP as an extremist right party which always finds ways to blame foreigners for their own failures.Thank you.

The UP/PP/NPP have always played the politics of exclusivity. They together with some few sell out Northern collaborators have often viewed people of Northern extractions and Muslims as aliens to be gotten rid of. The 1970 Alien's Compliance Order by the PP was the beginning of a phenomenon now called 'ethnic' cleansing. It set the stage for other countries especially Nigerians under Gen Buhari to retaliate in far more brutal way. Till date many Ghanaian families have not recovered from that callous and barbaric treatment. The same way some affected Nigerians are feeling, about the party of Busia and Dombo. When incindiary statements continue to be made by some prominent NPP without rebuke from their candidate, only one conclusion can be drawn. Some tribes are only good to be cattle herders, others have no resources on their lands and should not rule Ghana etc. Some are Togolese, others are from Burkina Faso, let us clean them off the voters register. The NPP can continue to deny their past at their own peril. Kuffour got away with it, but Collins Dauda is only serving a reminder of a hidden agenda by NPP.
