  What will termination achieve? The contractors walk away with their loot. Why dont you sue them and blacklist them. They are NDC contractors so you cannot saction them. I heard Opuni on radio saying he will give them (Ussuya and Parkside) a third warning letter. Nonsense. Our money has gone down the drain and only a warning letter is the punishment.

  When I speak ill of Opuni, it is not a personal hatred.It is his greed, incompetence and questionable character.Why would COCOBOD be responsible for roads at all knowing the incompetent greedy nature of this guy at the realm ...

  When I speak ill of Opuni, it is not a personal hatred.It is his greed, incompetence and questionable character.Why would COCOBOD be responsible for roads at all knowing the incompetent greedy nature of this guy at the realm of affairs.The NDC should not pretend they know nothing about the award of those contracts.Was the bid competitive in the first place.Now they "threaten" to terminate those contracts and would eventually end up paying up for "breach of contract", what they solely desire.#@Woyome
