  All government appointments are pepeni or ayigbe of the ewe origin. I went to my village near Axim last Sunday and was surprised to see that all the executives of NDC were pepenis no original town folks. The chief police officer in Axim including his deputy and 2 assistants are all ewes. Even the watchman and the janitors at the police station are pepenis. Next week, I'll report on employment studies in Ho and Avetime, and Ketekrachi.
