  Couldn't this report be made without reference to whose mother or relation is involved? It was a pure accident that occurred and the investigations are ongoing so leave it with the police to ascertain the truth. It could mean, the driver was crossed by a motorbike, an animal or even the pedestrian.
  I simply don't support the linking of the accident to another innocent person for political mischief. He has no hand in it.

You want the report to be silent on that. She does not even have a driver's licence, yet she goes round killing people and you don't want it mentioned.
