The NPP has poisoned the minds of voters that Mrs Charlotte Osei is at her post to manipulate the results in favour of the NDC. Because of this poisoning of minds by the NPP, when she is seen at her polling station to genuinely cast her vote, people will conclude that she is there to manipulate the rests. It is therefore the wisest decision for her to stay away from the polling stations. After all, voting in Ghana is not compulsory. NPP has poisoned the atmosphere already!

This political science lecturer has got it all wrong. He has forgotten that the deciding vote is just one vote. The Constitution says the winner might have gotten 50%+1vote of the valid votes cast. Therefore the EC's one vote ...

This political science lecturer has got it all wrong. He has forgotten that the deciding vote is just one vote. The Constitution says the winner might have gotten 50%+1vote of the valid votes cast. Therefore the EC's one vote even weighs more than all the votes put into one container because it could be the deciding vote.

I believe that Charlotte Osei is sending a strong warning to those who are planning to go to court that they couldn't vote because their names were deleted wrongfully.There are some elements in the opposition parties who are also planning to go to court because they registered with NHIS cards but their names still remain on the voters register.At least we have heard Caseley Hayford once making such a reckless statement.My question to him is that what stops him from reporting to the EC if not for mischief?
The interesting thing is that some people whose names have not been deleted because EC could not detect them earlier have intentionally refused to report to EC for deletion during the "exhibition and verification period".Their sole aim is to sue EC in court if the élections don't go their way,hoping that the Supreme Court will cancel the whole General Elections.This is the reason why the EC boss is reminding them that voting is not compulsory.If you have refused to report yourself for deletion and you know very well that you registered with NHIS Card,that's you own business because voting is not compulsory.Therefore,the Supreme Court will not cancel the 2016 general élections if some people have decided not to vote.The point that SC ordered EC to delete all the names of NHIS registrants and you were not deleted doesn't constitute an offense.I am saying this because SC also made an appeal to the public and all those affected to help EC.We all heard what the Chief Justice,Georgina Wood said that cleaning of the voters register is a collective responsibility and not for only EC to do it.Thank you.

PhD Lecturer,suggesting to the EC to employ highly qualified people to do a job which does not required anything above Senior High School levels of academic qualifications.In otherwords
people needed in other Sectors of the economy to Contribute their quota,in my personal opinion.Pls don't create ”over qualified " workers at the EC.
