Dr. Nduom is giving the right ideas amongst the candidates. We need to restructure our governance. The present governance structure is expensive and ineffective.

  He is competent Financial Adviser just VOTE for A CHANGE.
  Which of the other Parties has submitted its Strategic Plans as how the way forward for our Youth.
  I would surely VOTE for Him He may have some ideas of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah
  and original Leaders of BIG 5.

  NEW YORK CITY has administration of more
  of more GOVERNOR, SENATORS, COUNCILMEN etc
  The NEW YORK STATE which has his SEAT
  of administration at ALBANY has a complex
  administrative body more than the NEW YORK
  CITY.This UNITED STATES of AMERICA has
  FIFTY STATES and EACH STATE BEHAVES
  the NEW YORK STATE. Furthermore, the ENTIRE
  USA has HIS GOVERNMENT, hence the FEDERAL
  GOVERNMENT of U S A. And so over all, this
  country in question has about 101 SOLID
  ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES. The small cities have
  their MAYORS on top. GHANA is BIGGER than
  the NEW YORK STATE but the later has more or COMPLEX ADMINISTRATION. Sorry DR NDUOM, of all your long stay in USA, YOU did
  NOT PAY PROPER ATTENTION TO THEIR GOVERNANCE. Your administration will be a
  FAILURE.Other DEVELOPED COUNTRIES MIGHT
  have obeyed the PRINCIPLE of LARGE
  GOVERNMENT to YIELD MEANINGFUL DIVIDEND.
