There is peace and harmony and it will be suicidal to bring on a guy, who had been well oiled to disrupt the chances of the party.

  If Messrs Afoko and Sammy Crabbe will drop their court cases, there will be peace in the party. An indefinite suspension could even last two days or for ever but if the party wants to lift the suspension it can only do so in an environment devoid of any court proceedings. The ball is in the court of the two gentlemen, if they love the party, to seek better avenues than litigation to remain members.
