  Are we to infer from Joyce Bawa Mogtari's comments that, this launch of a jokers campaign had a blanket cheque, there was no budget for the launch and she does not have a clue about how much was budgeted for the joke, Ghanaians witnessed over the weekend just as Seth Terkper and John Dramani Mahama have no clue how much debt they have accumulated for this country or how much they have borrowed in the looting pile up, that has collapsed this country?
  Surely, there should be a budget which Joyce should have a fair idea of and if there isn't, then that is all Ghana needs to know about the gross mismanagement and fiscal irresponsibility with the underpinnings of looting that has collapsed this country. It doesn't get worse than this.
