Well, Otumfo seems right but no one should blame the blame the colonial masters because any Ghanaian with grey hair will agree with me that in Ghana the colonial masters did not destroyed our cultural and traditional system as some people seem to indicate. As an adult born in 1944, I can remember that before the achievement of our independent, we have governmental courts and police force for the ruling of the colonial masters. Traditionally, we had traditional courts and traditional police force which assisted our chiefs and kings dealing with all matters in the regions and even the colonial masters learned a lot from our way of ruling and leaving as communities. In this respect we should encourage our traditions along with what we have learned from our masters
