  Why didn't we get a single article published by them on the Bill before it was surreptiously passed amidst controvesy?
  
  GIGS and the FTOS-GH Campaign have demonstrated many times how that Law shall be for Ghana's economic emancipation and development, so I need not repeat that here.
  
  Now, Nigeria presently has a Petroleum Law based on the Production Sharing system which is far, far better than the one passed in Ghana. It is the review of the old law that has been on hold for some time. This report makes it appear as if it hasn't one since 1956! Bogus!
