1. why is it that offender drivers if indeed should pay money to the police?- these can be corrected by making penalty laws that are payable into the BOG accounts without using the court systems in the first step.
if the offender failed to pay the penalty that is where court preceedings must come in.

police using the court system to penalise motor &vehicle drivers has failed from the test of time.
the reason i started in this way is that- every recruited police officer want to go to the MTTU where they can be getting butties, so those who failed to make their way to the motor units feeled cheated and they resulted to these type of criminality.

if the country make it defficult for any police in the MTTU to enriched themselfs from poor drivers, their coleaques would also depend on their monthly income, which can sanitise the system and make the police service a very respected

What I believe is the police are in bed with these criminals and purposely allow them to escape. The way and manner they even give details of these escapes are suspicious and why don't we ever get clear pictures of these criminals? Doo they take mug after arrests or not? What at all were they seeking at the place they stoped? In fact from the commander and those involved should all be arrested for necessary action if they're unable to fish them out.
