  I don't know why this ministry was created because there is no "raison d'etre" for it's creation except to reward this stupid lady who could never have dreamed to be a minister one day. Do we have any gender problem in Ghana ...

  I don't know why this ministry was created because there is no "raison d'etre" for it's creation except to reward this stupid lady who could never have dreamed to be a minister one day. Do we have any gender problem in Ghana? And what difference is it making.
