He always seems to be right whiles others are wrong. He should be careful since he will be miserable one day when he is no more at where he is now. He should take a sober reflection of himself and calm down. If nothing at all he should learn from Landi for his matured and professional way of executing his duties as the Director before he left NACOB which everyone is praying that he comes back but staff of NACOB will celebrate when Torkoonoo is no more, so a word to the wise is enough.

My spouse even told me he even recently orchestrated the transfer of officers for merely emotional hatred for them. In my opinion what I see in this man is that he is only trying to please Akrasi Sarpong just to win favour, just image only you driving one of the new cars whiles other senior officers were not given and even after several months they have been given and even that with a condition of being given drivers whiles only you drives on your own. You use the official car to travel and do your own selfish interest activities. Hypocrisy and hatred as well as jealousy will not help you succeed as a leader. Indeed you are a potential leader and my advice to you is to try to calm down, be at peace with all your subordinates from cleaners to the top person, don't look down on them, reprimand or query them either infront of their juniors or colleagues but try to surmon the person to your office and speak your mind since with this you will end the full respect and confidence from them.
Do you know that workers don't feel happy with you and are not being motivated to work as expected, they leave behind work after work due to your sudden change of attitude. Please try to change your lifestyle for your own good and success.

I side with Sill, am a former staff and indeed was shocked to hear of his sudden change of attitude to those he started with, where he even look down on them and show no respect. Yes he always see himself to be right whiles others are seen as wrongdoers. They are vilified and seen as challenging authority when trying to explain yourself. He is one of the reasons and that of Akrasi that is why I left the board. Trying to please Akrasi is not the best move since he will soon leave and how will you live with those you will be working with? Stop exhibiting hypocrisy and be real.
