  We should not think that we are better than Nigeria by allowing people vote without voting card. Even in the USA (where we all agree "Democracy" started, you have to show your photo ID before allowed to vote,)just to check fraud or impersonation. Here in Ghana you just mention your name just to qualify you to vote. Ghana has to be serious. Holding a P.h.d does not make you the wisest person. All what Ghana needs now is a new VOTERS REGISTER. It will be better to be late than THE LATE.

  I think EC top persons and their advisors do not "think far" at all. The cost of transporting plastic booths to various voting stations will be more higher compare to the cardboard booths.

  Introducing white plastic is a dam idea and stupid one of course. Why not brown? If you look at our environment and our surroundings, even a fool will be able to tell you white plastic booths will not be compatible.
