Before Rawlings became the president of Ghana, most of the enterprises were owned by Akans like Fantes, Sefwis, Kwahus, Nzemas, Wassaws, Bonos, Akyems and Asantes, while few were owned by Ewes. As soon as PNDC came to power, they seized all the enterprises owned by the Akans but allowed the enterprises of Ewes to flourish and even gave the owners loans to improve on their enterprises. If an Akan occupied a very vital position, the PNDC quickly replaced him with an Ewe. If an Akan had huge amounts of money in the banks, the PNDC government seized it; and if an Akan had a very nice property like a house or car, the PNDC seized it. They just wanted to make EWES the LORDS of Ghana. That is the reason why, even as of now, most government institutions are managed by Ewes. But we are catching up, and will overtake them soon. Akans and Northerners are gradually displacing them in politics, jobs etc. Glory be to God.

Corrupt as most Ghanaians see John Mahama is from northern region of Ghana. And the northern people are staging demonstration for his incompetency is a sign that democracy is growing. Also, unlike the Volta Region, the north does not vote all NDC.

I am looking forward to seeing a day that a leader of Ghana is chosen because of his or her good deeds and intelligence, but not because of his or her ethnicity. God bless Ghana. Let us all hope the Ewes will see the light of democracy that is lightening in Ghana.They are the people who vote ethnicity instead of their brains.

When a government shared AK47s, pistols, axes and matches among its thugs to maim and kill opposition leaders and ensure full intimidation at Talensi, what do you think the degree of pressure and intimidation was on the villagers? And when years of accumulated stolen wealth from percentages of inflated projects, judgment debts and direct use of government money from ghost projects like SADA are shared among poor gullible voters, what do you expect?

Moreover, if NDC activists were caught with thumb-printed ballot papers to rig the elections at Talensi, how many of them did pass through undetected or were allowed to pass through for stuffing the boxes in favour of the NDC party? I believe you have not yet forgotten that they used 5billion dollars of our money outside the budget in 2012 to buy the conscience of gullible voters either. The good news is that, Ghanaians are determined not to allow NDC steal their verdict again in December.

Mr. Incompetent has once again displayed his lack of a back bone and principles by using the equally incompetent,partisan and needless Council of State as a guise to endorse criminality and total contempt for the rule of law. With this misplaced and selective and partisan use of executive powers, why doesn't he proceed even further and grant amnesty and pardon to all prisoners in Ghana.
He has made a mockery of the rule of law and the separation of powers which is a hallmark of democracy.
But then again, the Supremes have themselves to blame when in the face of overwhelming evidence of electoral impropriety which would have been obvious to even Stephen Wonder, an Atuguba conflicted panel went ahead and affirmed a flawed election in favor of Mr. Incompetent .

It is a sad day in Ghana because Incompetent has made a mockery of the system of checks and balances meant to protect against executive tyranny. They can going forward act with impudence and loot the national coffers dry knowing that they are not accountable to any institution and can override any judicial edict or ruling which goes against them.

What have we done as a nation to deserve these cabals of idiots ,criminals and incompetents? God help us!
