Mahatma, with this uncouth behaviour, has subjected our Justices in perpetual fear and panic especially as these 3-potentIal murderers/rapist have been willingly left off the hook to execute their plot to rape and kill. What Mahatma refused to see is that it was rather the Supreme Court, the Justices, and the entire judicial system that were directly, or contemptuously scandalize. The pardon by the President has, therefore, undermined the aphroristic maxim of separation of powers between the three main organs of government. Common sense was needed here. The pardon of the Muntie 3 would not be anybody's headache if their crimes were not directed at the judiciary. The action show that Mahama has no respect for the Judiciary. I don't know how our Justices are feeling now, with these hardened criminals around them.

I may not want to wade into the issue of the 'remission of the MONTIE 3' now because it is meant to serve as a distraction. Apart from trumpeting to Ghanaians about "INFRASTRUCTURE" as the bane of their political achievement, which of course, Col Acheampong even did better with limited amount of money, President Mahama along with the NDC has no campaign message for Ghanaians. They know that Ghanaians have found them out, and so to cover up their acts of shame, guilt and deficiencies, the Presidency was advised to take this MONTIE 3 decision at this time, to distract Ghanaians from the electioneering campaign discourse. But Ghanaians are smarter than the NDC thinks.
Meanwhile, Nana Akuffo Addo says that within 6 months into his presidency, he shall appoint a SPECIAL PROSECUTOR, whose duty will encompass INVESTIGATING AND PROSECUTING ACTS OF CORRUPTION. Now this is where 'the music gets to its climax and revellers ought to dance to the tunes'. This is where the likes of Dzifa Attivor, WOYOMY and a host of NDC guys aren't happy with. And so they are trying so hard to avoid discussions on the topic hence, the distraction. President Mahama & Omane Boamah timed the release of the Presidential Pardon to coincide with this declaration by Nana Addo. But we shall not be distracted. At the appropriate time, the saga on the MONTIE 3 shall be re-visited. We don't want 'basa-basa' in Ghana.

It's so alarming and worrying that this Kofi Adams and almost all others in the organisation they belong to by name NDC can't for once see reason to accept wrongdoing but rather pounce on anybody who raises concern about their behaviour and bad governance which has created acute sufferings in the country.
By virtue of you being in power by default doesn’t mean the country belongs to you and for that matter have some respect fir the citizenry.

Did the President know he did not have that right to pardon them? The President only has the right to pardon victims of criminal cases that have been prosecuted by the police and the criminals have been convicted but not in the case where a superior court of the land cites suspects for contempt and they are convicted and the president uses his power to reduse their punishment. He also goes ahead to advise us to be circumspect in what we say on air. Let's see what happens next. I believe that is the greatest mistake he has made and it is not good for Ghana especially at this time.

But what I don't understand is why is it that any time the government's actions are criticised these so called attack dogs are there to pounce and dehumanize their critics. I would have wished to see government ministers respond to critics instead of these human parasites who are living at our expenses in their capacity as ndc party officials coming out all the time to hurl insults on innocent Ghanaians when they complain about their inhuman living condition. They don't live our realities and are out of touch with the ordinary Ghanaian. Their kids have no problem with their dinner plates so they don't care the damn about the sufferings of the rest of us.
