This is what happens when righteous men refuse to ascend leadership positions.
Am highly disappointed.
I totally agree with Mr. Nkrumah, cos people can take the law into their hands and do whatever they want with no Precision to deter them knowing that after all they can be pardoned. What a shame!

He (God) loves the sinner so much that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus to die in place of the sinner to enable the sinner live and not die. This is the mother of all pardon for wrongdoing.
Pardoning or remitting wrongdoing is an act that follows after the Almighty God Himself. It is therefore wrong to reason that the pardoning of the Montie 3 must have been influenced by an evil spirit. It is like those who critcized Jesus that He was using evil spirits to heal and give relief to the sick and forgive their sins.
If punishment is to reform the wrongdoer, then the Montie 3 have received more than enough punishment. By the time they come out, they will have been in jail for one month - remember they and their employers have also been fined. Historically, this is the highest penalty ever paid by someone guilty of contempt in Ghana. The fact that they recklessly threatened the life of SC judges is bad but we all know within our hearts that, that was an empty threat just like Kennedy Agyapong calling on Ashantis to go out and kill Gas and Ewes.
The President deserves praise for his action of pardon.

National Youth Organizer of Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Divine Nkrumah believes President John Dramani Mahama could be under a spell and this may affect the country if Ghanaians fail to rise up in prayer.

He observes that the decision by the president to exercise his constitutional powers under Article 72 of the Constitution and remitted the remaining prison sentence imposed on the Montie 3, could be as a result of these demonic powers not wishing well for the country.

“Salifu Maase (alias Mugabe), Alistair Nelson and Ako Gunn are my very good friends and I will love to see them out of the prison, but the manner in which they have been released is quite questionable”, he stated on Abusua Nkomo hosted by Kwame Adinkra.

According to him, the president although has the purview to exercise article 72, he has set a bad precedence and therefore urged Ghanaians to soberly reflect on the matter in prayer.

He advocated for prayer intercession for President Mahama and the country to overpower some unseen spirits that may seek to use him in plunging the country into chaos and driving the economy into the ditch.

Salifu Maase (alias Mugabe), Alistair Nelson and Ako Gunn who were sentenced to 4 months imprisonment and a fine of GH?10,000.00 each for contempt of court have been remitted by the president effective 26th August 2016.

At least they have served 1/4 jailed term given to them and I believe it will serve as a lessons to others.
