Private legal practitioner-Lawyer Maurice Ampaw sworn that if President Mahama pardons the Montie 3, he will go on a hungry strike in protest of the unconstitutionally of the president’s action.

Now, President Mahama has gone ahead to pardon the jailed Montie 3 and Lawyer Ampaw is expected to honestly start his hunger strike mission.

However, Ampaw has told Happy Fm in Accra that, unfortunately he cannot fast because his doctor says he has stomach ulcer–and fasting will mean his death.

Asked whether he did not know of his ulcer situation before making his initial statement to go on hunger strike, he said: “I forgot” and simply dropped the phone. Hehehehe he drop the phone.

After all his vain and empty public posturing to expose Asamoah Gyan that the Black Star Capo had something to do with the death of Castro and his girlfriend, and how Ampaw behaved in the case of the alleged sexual abuse and impregnation of a former Legon Student by Gyan, there is nothing else we need to prove the Lawyer's incompetence.

Maurice Ampaw is a highly opportunistic, case-poaching Lawyer who often races to solicit for high-profile cases that he never wins. He is so jealous of Celebrities that he is always on the prowl for dirt on them to inject his megalomaniacal intervention into the situation to satiate his ego.

No one should listen to him. Ghana may be better off if he quietly goes back to his village to farm, rather than see him blowing hot air in our faces.

To the best of my knowledge the Supreme court acted constitutionally when it tried and sentenced the Montie 3 to a fine and prison term. In the same way the President also acted constitutionally when he gave remission to the Montie 3. Can Maurice Ampaw tell us whether some provisions in the constitution are superior than other provisions in the same constitution? What sort of legal dishonesty it this.
