I agree with the lawyer fully. The release of the three is because of free speech which we must all cherish and protect vis-a- vis the punishment. This can happen to anyone of us. The higest term for such offence in the history of Ghana is 10 days. For this to be handed 4 months plus GGHc10000 is hash and the judiiciary must not be seen as tyrant

Where did these ndc lawyers had their training? No wonder they go to court and are unable to defend their cases so always their cases are thrown out.if they are really learned men as we had in the Koi Larbi, Lawyer Peter Ala Adjetey, Justice Ollenu and a host of the old timers, they wouldn't behave the way they do and they would have defended their cases to the last point and seek review when they don't agree but not running to the president to issue an executive order, which will hurt their president to lose the elections. One thing I've noticed about this ndc is, they don't read and they feel lazy to think that they can never always have their way in the electoral processes whereby they can rig always. 2ndly ndc have the Volta region and the northern regions to their advantage always where as the NPP has the Ashanti and the Eastern with the largest population to their side, now, Greater Accra, Central, Western and the B/A are swing regions who can change their voting style to suit any party and the NPP has about 48% solid voters just remaining about 3% which any of these regions can switch to their advantage , especially at this hard time and suffering, but it's like ndc is relying on the EC to rig for them, so if what happened during the 2000 elections where the Super powers instructed their agents at the embassies to be in the strong room and take every results to see the real winner happens again, which I'm sure it will repeat itself because of the IMF programme, where will the ndc be? NDC need to pay people to think for them, but not pay people to insult for them. We the people of Ghana thank God NDC have taking 8 good years to destroy their party not to be attractive by insulting everyone in the country instead of putting down good policies for the people to take advantage.

When did conspiracy to commit crime become lawful. The panelist and host stated they have a guy at a place who will at their direction attack and violate the Chief Justice meaning the criminal has been acquired already and needed only to be instructed to commit the offence. If a lesser charge had been preferred against the three they should thank God.

So if there is a silly mistake in the constitution that says the President can grant pardons and remissions without restriction such as political restriction and you go and kill your father with your eyes open and you are sentenced and because you are an NDC person, the President frees you, that is victory for rule of law?
