Every aspect of Ghanaian life has turned into party politics and equalization. Where is this country going with this so-called democracy.

The president is 100% right after referring the petition-to-pardon to the council of state and subsequently commuting the sentence after they had serve a portion of that sentence.

What will this professor say if they were pardoned without reference to the council of state and immediately commuting the sentence without even serving a day in jail?
