The report says he was arrested for a fraud and not the flogging but he will be handed over to DOVVSU for investigations. Ones he is transferred to DOVVSU. I will advice the boy and the girl who were flogged by Obnim to go to Nana Oye Lithur and Sosu for their upkeep. Oye Lithur has no moral right to call for obinim's arrest after she signed a petition for Mahama to release the Montie 3.my only problem is flogging the kids in public.
