No rational human being can know he or she is coming to court to tender same as an evidence and steal same part of that money and brought the rest to the court knowing very well that, the court will surely count the amount brought before it. I think this is done to tarnish the image of the said CID. I believe that these are the same Journalists who were threatening Asamoah and his manager to extort money from them are the same people putting out this concocted story to make their way out of court. I dont think this is really a problem.

If I go to have love affair with a lady and finds out she had the scene on video and later resorts to "chantage", I would be very suspicious.

The Lawyer is not representing the Client now, I believe, now that the case is over, and he is not being hired again to seek retrying of the case.

If Ampaw keeps churning out such damning information about Gyan, the latter could sue him directly for defamation.

And I think Ampaw would deserve it. He has shown gross loathing of the Black Stars Captain for a long time, prior to this rape case. He boasted in the Media that he could prove Gyan had some sinister role to play in the disappearance of Castro and his girlfriend. Yet, up till now, we have not seen his evidence or proof for that claim.

Folks must be wary of such a Lawyer.
