Fellow ghanaians, let as not be hast in judgment regarding this issue, I am not a fan of Obinim but, there is a missing substance in the accusation, so let as reserves our comments until the so called investigation is complete if there is one on going, from what I've heard as per police CID uttered on Adom FM & everything so far, there is a missing substances in the case, so we need to look at it critical and gather key evidence before we make such comments, I said it here in the case of flogging that, we as a nation cannot get into CHURCH ETHICS, the constitution of Ghana has a leeway when it comes to religion, which is why religious leaders do what ever they want and still gets a away with it, so a gain I am not a fan of this controversial Obinim, but there's law in this country lawyers are well, so let as not be haste in this matter. ..

Churches or a member of a church, pastor, priest, etc. to get away with ANY criminal activity spelt out in the constitution. That's the reason he was arrested. He is now free on bail and will have to appear in court on a date specified by the judge. It does not do him any good by showing up on a balcony and ranting incoherently to his blind followers and some curious crowd. He is really nuts.
