The guy clearly has nothing to talk about and that is why the strategy has shifted to the loose talk. With his so-called unprecedented achievements being categorized as the worst spectacle of abject mediocrity since Ghana gained independence in 1957 based on the resources that has accrued to his gov't, his goodies-laced campaign outreach now suffering serious hiccups because the masses are now keenly aware of the gimmickry of such unprincipled leadership, the next rollout his desperate strategy was most definitely going to be loose talk, and Ghanaians are just not buying it.
We can safely predict what the next two desperate strategies will be and when it is rolled out, it would be addressed.
The guy has no message, none and is so desperate he is literally sweating buckets and that is how a failed Presidency looks like.
The NDC party must start looking for a sensible, competent, focused and intelligent candidate who has the blueprint for Ghana's growth and development.
