A Ghanaian charging GOG foreign fees in then hard US currency. Show the results of your energy policies and compare that to Mahama's and tell us which is which? You failed Ghana, you failed the PNDC and taxpayers of Ghana with that abysmal energy results in 1996 through to 1998 or there about.
