  Common renovations too we have to borrow abaa Ghana. Can't the embassies do that themselves with their igf and visa fees they been charging. For once let's be serious as a nation.

  Why not rent a house to Keep Ghana embassies?Why must government use such huge amount to renovate embassies?

  We don't a loan for renovation.Even the Embassy of Ghana in an unstable country like Libya makes a lot of money every month through visa fee/TC/ stamp and other services.The Embassy which has relocated in Valletta,Malta is run by drivers and some Ghanaian "connection men".It is now a "connection centre".The consul pays a visit once in a while to collect the "revenue" and goes back to Malta.The Ambassador himself came to Libya only when he was first accredited.He bolted away and has never been seen.At the Ghana Embassy in Tripoli, the ceilings are caving in from inside and paint peeling off from outside.They can use internally generated money to do renovation.We keep blaming politicians but in many ways, civil servants are guilty.They are the ones bleeding the country.
