When Mrs. Charlotte Osei was quiet absorbing all the nonsense from the NPP, you people said she could not defend herself. Now that the NPP have been humiliated for all the lies poured on the EC you have nothing more to say. What proof is there for the 76,000 Togolese on our voters register? What has come of the 90% work to be done on the foreign registrants on our register? Nation wreckers and corrupt NPP politicians only waiting in the wings to plunge Ghana into chaos. It will never happen and we shall see off Nana Akufo Addo and Bawumiah come 07 December 2016.

NDC would not like any arrangement that could impede or block the process of rigging elections in their favor as they have been doing since 1992. The party is an artificial, illegitimate and undemocratic party followed by sycophant and stomach politicians. It has always been their characters to resist any electoral reforms since the 1990 and want to be left alone with the old ways to continue stealing the verdict of Ghanaians without tears.

Madam, I wonder how the media will report on rumour if you make transparency an instrument for fair play. Election is a process but not an event so you better do the right things. Any attempt to play an alibi will spark an inferno. Release the register to the political parties on time. Avoid what happened in 2012 when Some party's received it two days before elections. A design that favoured a certain party. Save Ghana from inferno by being fair.

If you open up and stop changing logos all will be well. Just publish a read only copy of the voters register online ie your web site. Pooling station by pooling station, village by village. Anybody disputing a name pays a deposit. If they lose the case you keep the deposit. Only party chairmen can challenge a name. This database can be used by other governmental agencies, banks and telecom companies and you can charge them to use it. In the UK where you have visited before, if your name is not on the voters register na lie no credit facilities or mortgage. You will make more money; get the job done than changing logos, hampers and makeup.

I believe the choice of lawyers and accountants as returning officers is to introduce an element of integrity into the electoral process and not just for the mere sake of adding figures. It is unlikely that a lawyer or an accountant will take a bribe to compromise the elections results. These professionals often have code of conduct or ethics that guide them in the performance of their duties. The issue is about strong character and not just adding figures, because a SHS graduate can add these figures with ease.
