we are in this country even when a police men sending their children to schoolor or going to restaurant , a lot of unofficial duties uses the motocade and siren, which must not be entertained, because the people cannot defferentiate now between official duty and private duties which police are not allow to use the siren.

Ghana is a sick country , if you want the people to respect the statu quo , it must start from the presidency -that everybody must work within the law and respect it.

The unregistered vehicle veering from it's rightful lane into that of the Veep's suggests criminal intent with the purpose of causing deliberate harm unless, the Veep's convoy was in the unregistered vehicle's lane.
If that was the case and there was no embarkment between the opposite lanes, which seems to be the case, which is something that needs to be done to avoid the daily occurrence of head-on collisions, then the Veep was in the wrong lane and as such it is a foolish case, most especially when it seems, a taking out, ala Atta Mills style has been unleashed by "Opana desperate"...
