  The abundant land resource is not located in Cape Coast. There are successful commercial farmers in the Central Region. More of thsee will lift the region up.

  Do not forget that the banking sector has to be on board any venture.It will be futile for an investor if he has no credit access.Bankers in the region must be supported by the Central Bank to overhaul the credit availability
