  an exception can be made on drugs against Ebola or HIV-Aids

  some states in USA have no or reduced sales tax on food! If people paid income and property tax, then other tax should be able to be lowered

Hw cn we nt mobilise dem to do massive research into local medicine, acquire technology, improve quality, enhance value chain so we import little or no pharmaceutical component. DAT shld b de mandate of dis organ.
