  jOey -- these new doctors wont be paid for several months if not over a year before they receive any salary.

  Hahaha.May be they are well-trained.The issue is they are not supervised properly during their houseman-ship.They end up inflicting more cost on their patients since they make to many 'unnecessary' request on diagnosis.They a ...

  Hahaha.May be they are well-trained.The issue is they are not supervised properly during their houseman-ship.They end up inflicting more cost on their patients since they make to many 'unnecessary' request on diagnosis.They are well paid as compared to other staff but they want more money so they desert their stations to do locum elsewhere.
  Their medical superintendents should help properly trained them.

  If you live Accra,you learn Ghana,Cape Coast,Fanti and elsewhere in Ghana learn a different language so it is normal if you learn Twi in Kumasi.
