that the rules against corruption do not apply to Ali Baba and his 40 thieves. How can someone be held responsible if you infringe drivers who drive "rulessly" and at times stupidly?
Only in Ghana.
Please give us the authority
Our roads are not so good enough and most of the Ghanaian drivers are not qualified to drive so please the escorts must always be careful when carrying out their duties.
Why not construct different routes for presidential motorcades then?
I'm surprised that some people are "surprised " about what the commander is saying. All over the world there is no single country where presidential motorcade obeys traffic rules. So please let not Ghana be different
Ok if they don't obey traffic rules, they will crash and die. How can you create a lawless country and say you don't obey traffic rules. Just wait and see how it will evolve. Nonsense people called NDC
JOE is right.
And why must we simply do it because it is done everywhere? Do we have the same roads as the roads of "everywhere"? When will Ghanaians learn to think outside the box and develop systems that are relevant to their own situati ...

Does that sound sensible to you?
Nonsense. Let them continue to drive like demented Devils, they are the ones that will end up dead. How can a police officer say such crap.
They should limit the number of V8s they put on the road. A typical V8 landcruiser can accommodate at least 7 people but can can find only one or two in a vehicle at the expense of the tax payer.
More vehicles, more inconv ...
