  Welcome news. This is long overdue.
  We can't wait to receive d interest since d teleco giants especially mtn has short chained us in commission payment.
  However, this news item has failed to give details of payment. Thus at what rate and threshold that will qualify for this interest.
  All d same I hope there will not be failure of the telcos failing on d due date. Or else sanctions should be applied from BoG.
