The Supreme Court has already ruled on this matter. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supreme Court said maintaining a credible register is the responsibility of all Ghanaians. Therefore if you know that some names on the register are not supposed to be on it, the Supreme Court says provide the EC with such names to be deleted. At the High Court, if the case is ruled against you, you have to pay some money to the court in addition to the filing fee. You also have to pay your lawyers. At the Supreme Court, you will not be asked to pay any charges if it is the interpretation of the constitution.Mr. Osei Yeboah, I think you are filthy rich to take this frivolous case to Court.

End the joke.Attention seekers must stop the nonsense. I am wondering if this attention seeker knows the number of dead people in his own family for the past four years. There is no data in Ghana for the dead.Where do you expect the EC to get the list of the dead. But there is a law against impersonation in Ghana. It is not the job of the EC to expunge the names of the dead from the electoral register, The Courts know that, and there is no law in Ghana requesting families to inform the EC of dead family members. The people requesting this action from the EC are mad, ignorant, stupid foolish or just dangerous trouble makers.
