At akosombo 3 out of 6 turbines are working because of the water level.

What, he should say the purpose of mosquito-breeding pot-holes is or will be for a forward-thinking and forward-moving Ghana? Villages need schools, hospitals and other essential infrastructure, for which the space to be taken by these pot-holes will be in high need. Not everything DOABLE must be done, except when one is in desperate quest for power - leading to BLIND and UNTHOUGHT "policy" pronouncements, unfit even for the campaign platform of GHANA.
