A large scale orange juice factory will collapse in due course. Note that exporting the juice as an alternative may not be that easy and straightforward. As for the issue of sugarcane,plans are in place to support farmers expand their farms with better yielding varieties, so raw material will not be a problem for the future. Anyway, it's no wonder that this man is not the chief, but an odikro.

Nothing prevents the establishment of an orange factory in the same region even in the same district or in the same vicinity if it is economically viable. I am yet to see chiefs who control the lands taking the initiatives to ...

Nothing prevents the establishment of an orange factory in the same region even in the same district or in the same vicinity if it is economically viable. I am yet to see chiefs who control the lands taking the initiatives to build some of these factories to help their people whom they lead. They cannot always be complaining while controlling the lands and taking royalties which no one knows how they are used.
