Here in the UK,there are confidentiality laws.Nana can ask for a report from the hospital but no one else other than the direction of a court order.It is stupid to assume the hospital would leak information as doing so ,would incur the wrath of the Information Commisioner and the said hospital could be heavily fined for breaking confidentiality rules. No hospital would do that in the UK.Not even Nana's next of kin can have that information without his expressed consent.A leak is therefore far fetched and most unlikely.

To the thinking capacity of NDC once it is written it is accepted by the masses. But this time around NDC got it wrong. Yes. NDC got it wrong . The policy of any hospital either in Ghana or Togo is to keep information of it's patients a top secret. Information can only be obtained by the patients upon request. Did Nana authorize the paper in question to obtain his medical report? If the answer is negative then NDC is caught proper. When you use Africa mentality to lie you are easily caught proper.And this is the case of NDC. NDC was not smart enough. You can't get someone's medical report without that individual's authorization in the Western World. Of course, the paper hired by NDC is in no position to obtain the medical report of Nana - Addo. NDC can therefore, go and tell only idiots about the health of Nana- Addo. Those of us who are well educated in the matter of this nature know that NDC has failed this time around. Nana-Addo is not sick. NDC please, stop this nonsence.
