This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable, how on earth should an unemployed pay to get a job from the governments own establishment, oh Ghana, oh Ghana police.

The graduates become commissioned officers that is chief inspectors before undergoing training to become ASPs.
I can see no reason why hnd candidates cannot be fast tracked to the senior roles but every profession does have ...
