  The people are not fools, they know that corrupt doctors steal medical supplies to supplement their private clinics, they also know that their blood can benefit those who can afford expensive transfusions at private institutions where their blood have been transferred to, etc.
  
  One way in which the problem can be addressed, is by having different types of free medical programs nation wide, that includes testing and treating people for various types of ailments, and educating them about the necessity and importance of contributing toward a national, regional or community blood bank, as the case may be.

  Hmm. That very sad to hear. Blood bank rely on voluntary donors. Its not the time to blame the goverment or management. You cant force anyone to donate blood. Its the desision of the preson. We all must be volubtary donors to save life and the blood banks across the country. Am happy to be a volutary donor.
