Please parents, do not send your child to a Technical school. Your child will be stuck at the bottom of the educational ladder in Ghana if you do so. The Polytechnics have even been taken over by the SSS graduates. In the adv ...

Please parents, do not send your child to a Technical school. Your child will be stuck at the bottom of the educational ladder in Ghana if you do so. The Polytechnics have even been taken over by the SSS graduates. In the advanced countries, and in the USA for example your child can start from anywhere and end up being a Professor some day. It is however not so in Ghana. Do not let anyone deceive you by the saying that "Technical school is good"

Ah the release of the results are taking too long. But first term, the first uears don't do anything yet pay for school fees. And on top, they will not be finished with the sylabus.

Publish the names of the schools who have not submitted the required data--so the students and parents can take them to task.

Why this punitive attitude. Kids study hard for an exam and then held back because the headmaster is lazy. If kids registered but skip school--then its their choice. But responsible students should not be penalized because of dropouts.

Some sanity should be injected into this system. Why oh why is this kind of regressive behavior still codoned in high places. Publish the list of the schools and pressure them to comply.

make sure your credit is up to 1ghcedis and if that does not work then something is wrong somewhere.
