He never ceased to castigate anyone who suggested the promise was not achievable within the time frame!
The NDC never promised to start building 200: they promised that they would build 200 during their four year term!! They should just admit that they have failed the nation, before they can start pleading to be given another four years to complete their projects - which is rejected forthright, anyway!!
A promise is a promise! Never should one give any promises if one cannot fulfill same. Once given, there are no excuses for failure to accomplish same. I bet the "123 at various stages of completion" include those for which no land has been acquired yet!
Ablakwa should apologize to the nation for consistently deceiving us knowingly, and promise to stay away from any further embarrassment to himself and his party.
