I remember Ghana Highway Authority brought a law that when a car develops a fault on a highway, there is a specific hours that when it's not removed by driver/owner, the Law will come in to tow that particular car. my question is, WHERE IS THAT LAW? That truck has been there since Saturday as I personally drove passed it!!! and it's soo closer to LEGON POLICE STATION!!!
My other question is, AS A COUNTRY, ARE WE ALRIGHT?
we pass law and hide the Law at the various police stations and it deals with only trotro and Taxi drivers alone.

I am highly disappointed in Legon Police Station for allowing such thing to happen!!!

Because where the truck was parked is curvy that any driver who doesn't use that road might fall for such accident. besides there was noooo reflected triangular sign indicating a faulty truck.

God have mercy on this country because our leaders don't care about we the ordinary Ghanaians!!!

The foolishness of this nation is beyond repute. There were two of these vehicles parked on the legon dual carriage way for two days. I nearly run into the first car just a day before this accident happened causee, there was no warning triangle to wArnold drivers of the danger ahead. I was speeding when all of a sudden I saw these fully loaded vehicles parked on the main road, I just escaped it narrowly and said to myself, when will these trucases be towed away? I knew definitely this incident will happen, hence I was not surprised when I came across this accident. This is the country we live in, nothing matters except politics and bribery. Where were the police ? Am sure they only responds to such incident cause some has to die before they can act. Sad country.
