He said he was tired, entered and incomplete building and slept. The pastor is even wicked for taking him to court instead of feeding him and giving him a place to sleep.

GOD HAVE MERCY, then the charge sheet should have been wrongful entry, if ever there a charge like that. once a retired worker of cocoa was caught in some one's compound, he was accused of attempted stealing, and there lynched, unknown to the perpetrators, the man has mental illness, and it was proven with his medical records. there were charged with murder. Is it normal for a person with INTENT to steal to enter a room and SLEEP on the site of the intended crime? some you have to critically reason through these things, before judging. OK

Wise decision. I 100 percent agree with the judge decision. In as much as he had all the time to steal the Pastor but didn't, he doesn't seem to be a thief.
