So what message do you get. Is it right to always look up to mahama and his band of thieves to pay bills and sort people and things out from their own pockets. If you do not know aware it is the responsibility of the government to provide the people with good drinking water and electricity if the government is not able to provide these amenities the the government has failed the people. So if this idiot has done this as a member in the ruling government then he has achieved nothing and he does not deserve any medal. Silly girl, GROW UP!
